Morning pick up from Delhi and drive to Dehradun the capital city of the Uttarakhand, Dehradun is located in the Doon Valley on the foothills of the Himalayas nestled between two of India’s mightiest rivers the Ganges and the Yamuna. Day 02 : Dehradun – Asan Barrage – Dehradun
Morning breakfast at the Hotel and further drive to asan barrage at 40 kms which serves as a winter passage halt for trans-Himalayan migratory birds. The dam creates the Asan Reservoir, also called Dhalipur Lake. The lake is popular for bird watching and 53 species are known to make a habitat there, 19 species are migratory from Eurasia, These birds are spotted here on their way to southern India. Asan barrage is confluence of two rivers Asan and Yamuna. This lake attracts a large number of waterfowl, and thousands of birds who have travelled miles to be there.Mallard,Red crested pochard, painted stork, open billed stork, night heron will be found gently swimming a few hundred yards.Evening drive back to dehradun visit Buddha temple at dun and Dinner and Overnight stay at dehradun.
Day 03 : Dehradun – Delhi
Morning breakfast at the hotel and later drive to Delhi.Tour concludes.

Day 01 : Delhi – Pangot
Arrival at Delhi, met by company representative and same day drive to Pangot, located at about 20 kms from Nainital via kilbury at height of 2528 mts, this place is famous for Bird watching and panoramic view of Himalayas. Lammergeyer,Brown Wood-Owls, Collared Grosbeaks, White-throated Laughing Thrushes, Himalayan griffon, blue-winged minla,Forktails and many other birds are found in Kilbury,it is a well known birding route and at last count more than 580 species of birds have been recorded in this area it is an upcoming hill station for the people interested in watching Birds.Dinner and Overnight stay at pangot.
Day 02 : Pangot
Morning after breakfast go for the walk in forest to explore birds this forest trek has an altitude variation of 450 m to 2500 m, giving the whole region a diverse bird and impressive mammal life. Highly recommended trip for beginners, beautiful walk through natural surroundings. slaty-headed & red-breasted parakeet, grey bushchat, long-tailed & grey-backed shrike, common kestrel, besra, chestnut-bellied rock thrush.Streaked laughing thrush is a bird found in abundance here. Dinner and Overnight stay at pangot.
Day 03 : Pangot – Delhi
Morning breakfast at the Hotel and later drive back to Delhi.Tour concludes.
